Earth Die Everywhere else Mercury Distance from Sun: 35,980,000 miles (57,910,000 km) Surface Temperature: -173 to 427°C Rocky planet, made up of mainly iron. No liquid water, but they found water Ice. No evidence for life has been found on Mercury. It is unlikely life (as we know it) could survive on this planet.
