Starts at a young age • Responsibility shifts throughout our lives from family to coaches to teachers and many more • Create ‘teachable’ moments • Let everyone know they are capable of greatness and compassion at the same time • Create expectations in your environment: STANDARDS CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF KINDNESS
