  3. The House The House is a pristine example of a Belle Époque mansion,originally built in 1914. The goal of the project of restoration was to preserve the original structure of the house. A guest house with 17 suites, that reflects the glamour of the 20s, surrounded by artist´s studios, diplomatic residences and walking distance to the Malecón overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

  4. Guest’s Areas Reception & Living Room The Living Room serves as a Reception and gathering area, with access to amenities, full service, concierge and attentive staff. Library & Patio A quiet room replete with maps and books reminiscent of a travel club. Ideal place for work sessions or outdoor breakfast, light lunch, dinner or private events. The Patio Surrounded with jasmine and fig aromas; ideal for outdoor breakfast; also open for light lunch, dinner or private events. The Lounge Available newspapers, light reading materials, basic home office equipment, with light snacks, coffee and tea. Sundowner Deck (Coming soon) A private outdoor lounge on the rooftop, overlooking Barranco and the Pacific Ocean. Full bar and a light menu, available during warm months. Exclusive for hotel guests.

  7. Rooms Hotel B will offer 17 guestrooms, 10 distributed throughout the restored grand house and 7 more in the new, modern annex. They include sitting area and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet connection, complimentary local phone calls, minibar, plasma TV with HD channels, I-pod docking station. There are three rooms categories:

  8. Atelier (Suite) 5 King Bedded Rooms (two of them can be converted into triple rooms by adding a roll-away bed). 26 - 42 square meters (280 - 452 sq feet). Located on the second floorof the historic mansion, Atelier rooms include either a foyer or private terrace overlooking the Boulevard.

Aposento/Chamber (Junior Suite) 8 King (two twin) Bedded rooms (three located in the manor wing, five in the contemporary wing);22-36 square meters (236 -387 sq feet), situated throughout the mansion and the contemporary wing section on all floors, overlooking either Calle San Martin or the inner Patio.

Alcoba/Studio (Standard Room) 4 Contemporary Queen Bedded rooms. 19 square meters (205 sq feet), 2 located on the second and third floor of the contemporary wing, overlooking the Spanish Diplomatic Residence on Calle San Martin and 2 located in the Old Manor wing. One of them, in the Old Manor wing is adapted for handicap access.

Dining The Hotel Restaurant & Bar is a place of traditional service and excellent Peruvian cuisine Oscar Velarde, owner of the acclaimed restaurant La Gloria in Lima, and advisor to the cuisine at Cicciolina in Cusco, has designed the menu, a blend of traditional Peruvian ingredients and Mediterranean flavors. Access to Galería Lucía de la Puente The contemporary art gallery adjacent to the hotel is available for private events or exclusive guest dinners catered by El Comedor.

Terms • Rates in US dollars, per room (single or double occupancy), per night, valid until March 31st 2014. • 10% service tax is not included. • 18% VAT applicable to Peruvians or foreign residents.(Dec.Leg.919) • Check-in 15:00hrs. / check-out 12:00hrs.
