  • Defines TGP’s gas quality standards

    • Oxygen limit for receipts and deliveries is 0.2%

  • Required TGP to use commercially reasonable efforts to install Oxygen analyzers at certain points

  • Oxygen levels across the TGP System from Zone 2 (Portland) to Zone 6 (Agawam) are well below the Tariff limit of 0.2%

  • No changes to the 0.2% oxygen limit are necessary at this time
