  • Continue addressing emergency preparedness needs of the elderly and focus on “all needs” planning

  • Phase II – Accelerate mass vaccination planning

  • Phase III – Implementation of mass vaccination plan

  • Phase IV – Continue mass vaccination plan with focus on underserved and vulnerable populations

  • HPP – Medical surge capacity planning throughout healthcare system

  • Protecting healthcare workers with proper equipment
