Why Gender Diversity? – “The Business Case” Research shows that the more a company mirrors its markets demographically, the better positioned it is to sense and respond to evolving market needs Research shows that in order to be competitive it is essential that companies recruit the right people from the start and devise a plan to keep them Research demonstrates that to maximize innovation companies should actively construct teams with equal proportions of men and women
