Milestones • 1975 Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand • 1987 First Thai Company to publish Code of Ethics • 1992 First Thai Company to publish Environmental Policy • 1995 Published Fact Book to investors • 1998 Established Audit Committee • 1999 Arranged 1st Analyst Conference • 2000 - Created CG Principle & first time to put CG in BOD agenda - Established Nomination Committee - Established Remuneration Committee
