  5. A Procurement Action Plan • Steps towards creating your own action plan

  6. You Will be Involved • Procurement of most projects run on auto pilot • More than likely, ITS projects require a champion to solve problems, manage change, etc.

  7. Affecting Change • Know the basic procurement process • Know the staff • do they understand that ITS projects are different?
