  2. Points (1) Grow in our responsibility to help our personal Bible talk to be functional and reach out to the lost. (2) View our workplace as a mission field and influence with a mission in mind!

  3. Make BTs functional for mission Obstacles • Lack of involvement • Self focused, staying in comfort zone or discouragement • Lack of training, direction

  5. Make Our Workplace A Harvest Field 1. Be a living example by doing our job/running our business the Biblical way: - Pay taxes accordingly - Commit to our responsibilities/account payables - Honest, with integrity; deliver our services/products according to initial specifications - Operate with the proper business license

Be a living example by living our lives according to the Bible: - Set our time/priorities for God and the His church, for example no business meetings on Sunday morning or during group Bible sharing • Have genuine connection with others by treating our colleagues/employees and clients with respect and love • Pray daily for God’s people and the lost

  7. Make Our Workplace A Harvest Field 3. Take a risk: - Reach out to the most intimidating person we know at work (or if you’re the boss, the most intimidating person we know as a result of work) - Use our influence to set up a company in a new mission field, work with the church staff

  8. Make Our Workplace A Harvest Field 4. Listen to others' needs, problems, struggles Also, help to find solutions by inviting them to parenting classes, group Bible sharing, counseling with our mentors

Be a sower at any time/in any condition: - Share stories and/or our convictions - Apply/quote God's words without specifically mentioning the verses (especially to those who have different background) - Persistent, consistent in all the things we are pursuing in life - Show integrity

Create opportunities: - Write encouragement cards to colleagues - Do a project for the needy at a corporate, department level - Have a list of people whom you want to keep up with and pray through them - Use our given talent and knowledge in our profession to explain about God and His words
