  3. What We Saw • Same Basic Voting Procedures • Al-Anons being of Service to Their Group / District • Many of the Same Issues and Concerns • More Reporting • DRs Give Reports at Microphone

  4. What We Saw • Friday Through Sunday • Once a Year • Higher % of Groups Participate • 8-10 Alateen GRs Participate • Host City Committee Support • Friday Night New GR Orientation • Most all Attended

  5. What We Saw • More Discussion and Research Done Outside of Assembly • Brought Discussion and Information Meetings to the Districts • Executive Committees Empowered to Handle Some Items • Substantial Unanimity Requirement • Or Goes Back for Discussion

  6. What We Saw • Funny Hats • More Time for Fellowship • Themes and Signs • Love Gifts • Decorations and Such

  7. Recommendations • Love Gifts • Invite Discussion • Hold a Local Service Meeting on a World Service Topic • Ask Board Members to Come Talk on Subjects • Go to Card Based Voting Procedure • Saves Time
