  • There were 272 newly diagnosed cases of HIV infection (rate of 22.8 per 100,000)

    • Those age 20-24 had the highest rate of HIV (54.5)

    • 66% were adult or adolescent males who reported having male-to-male sexual contact

    • African had reported incidence rates 3.7 times higher than Whites
