  2. Who is KniTec? • At KniTec, we pride ourselves on bringing added value to the hospitality technology industry. Over the past ten years, we have become one of the largest hospitality television distributors in the country and have built an extremely strong relationship with LG Solutions. • LG Solutions recently partnered with KniTec to help support their digital concierge technology. Adopting Pro:Centric and utilizing the applications platform to its full potential, KniTec has created a variety of Pro:Centric services falling under two main service categories: the AdRev Solution and ServPack Support. • These service offerings have broadened the Pro:Centric customer base and increased the reach of LG’s interactive platform. We are committed to the hospitality industry and are determined to be the catalyst that brings enhanced television content to the hotel guest.

Pro:Centric Professional Services • KniTec has fully adopted the Pro:Centric Applications Platform and its customizable features by developing a line of services specific to the digital concierge technology. • KniTec’s Pro:Centric Services: • Installation • Content Creation • Content Management • VPN Remote Server Support/Maintenance • Two Main Service Categories: • Pro:Centric AdRev Solution • Pro:Centric ServPack Support

AdRev Solution • KniTec’s AdRev Solution provides hotels with an effortless means to manage the digital concierge content and generate additional revenue by utilizing Pro:Centric’s digital billboards, splash screen and portal video to feature restaurants and other traveler friendly businesses.

ServPack Support • Similar to the AdRev Solution, KniTec’s ServPack Support provides hotels with a means to integrate and manage Pro:Centric, but this service offering takes the content customization and portal branding to a whole new level. • KniTec utilizes all of the digital billboards, the splash screen and portal video to deliver information to guests in a convenient and appealing manner.

  6. How It Works KniTec will provide the hotel with a server at a discounted rate. KniTec’s Pro:Centric and FMA certified staff will install the Pro:Centric server for the hotel. Pro:Centric pre-installation checklist On-site Pro:Centric training Hardware & Installation

How It WorksCustom Content Design • KniTec will design several portal and digital billboard templates for the hotel to choose from. • All custom creation is strategically designed to effectively capture the hotel’s brand identity • We will refine the templates until the Hotel is satisfied. • Once templates have been reviewed and approved by the hotel, KniTec will work with the hotel to determine how the digital billboards will be utilized.

  9. How It WorksCustom Content Design Once the initial content has been created, KniTec offers the option to provide the hotel with unlimited content changes to the portal and/or digital billboards. The hotel can even request to run select digital billboards during specific time periods, and KniTec will develop a placement schedule for such instances. Content alterations will be made by KniTec upon request from the hotel.

  10. How It Works KniTec’s IT Support Center will remotely monitor the hotel’s Pro:Centric portal through the Virtual Private Network (VPN) Updating the server as firmware upgrades occur Addressing issues instantaneously as reported by the hotel VPN Remote Maintenance

  11. ServPack Support • KniTec transforms the guest room televisions into an additional means of branding and information communication for the hotel, both of which are key in enhancing the guest experience and generating brand loyalty.
