  2. Where does it live • The komodo dragon hot seasonally areas. • The komodo dragon will live in grasslands ,savannas and nonscoon forests. • They mostley live in lowlands but have been found in highlands,

  3. What color,weight,and size of the komodo dragon. • The komodo dragon is black ,green or gray with patches of yellow,brown or white. • The males normaly weight up 550 lbs and the females weight up to 150 lbs • They normaly get up to 9 to 10 feet.

  4. What does it eat • They eat sunda deer birds snakes fish crabs snails and small mammles. • They also eat pigs water bufalo eggs wild horse and even sometimes younger komodo dragons.

  5. Young (offspring) • The komodo dragon will have about 3 eggs per time. • They normaly live 30-35.

  6. Predators for it. • The komodo dragon has 1 predator that is humans.

  7. How many are left. • The estimate is 1700 are left in the world. • Their are actually 5000 left.

  8. Why is it endangered • They are endangered do to vanlnerbledeiscase. • Also it has been having volcanic activity. • Last an competion to man and feral dogs

  9. Why are we protecting it • One way we are keeping it in zoos and feding it every day. • Also we are breding them and sending them back to the wild.

  10. Other interesting facts • The komodo gives of a strike of venom in its claws when it strikes. • It is the biggest lizard in the world. • Komodo dragon stands for the king of lizards.
