PREVENCION superior a tratamiento Incid: 12/15 casos c/100.000 hab./año + frecuente en hombres Ocurre + durante el día (atardecer) Resangrado de 5% por año en pacientes luego de HIC y + en mayores de 65 años

    5. Clinica Depende de localización Cefalea y vómitos en 50% Alteración de conciencia acorde a volumen Presentación: en coma 75%M y vigil en los primeros 2 días 8%M HTA en 90% de pacientes (causa y/o consec.) Glasgow: dificultades en la medicion. Escala “Eye-Motor” ¿es posible diferenciar por la clinica isquemico vs. hemorragico?
