  1. HOW TO VERIFY YOUR SCHEDULE IN TUTORTRAC (TT)

  2. TUTOR TRAC (TT) Log into this database from anywhere: https://mytutor.sfasu.edu Usernameis your ID# Passwordis the last 4 digits of your ID#.

  3. SETTINGS Click the little man in upper left corner and then “My Preferences.” Uncheck all boxes EXCEPT for “Calendar.“ Change the viewed Start/Stop time to AARC's hours of operation (12:00pm-8:00pm).

  4. SCHEDULE Click "Schedule" beneath the word "Appointments" that appears in red. Use the arrow to see into the next month. Different colors represent different kinds of tutoring. The first Monday before tutoring is a holiday. Weekly appointments are not entered until the end of the first week of school. New! This year weekly appointments will often be multi-client sessions! This means that you will work with more than one student at a time. So if you see multiple names for an appointment, know that this is not a mistake. It means we can help more students!
