About NCCADV • We are a statewide non-profit membership organization founded in 1981. • Celebrating 30th Anniversary! • Our purpose is to strengthen the network of people working to end domestic violence in North Carolina. • We provide support services to local domestic violence programs and allied professionals across the state.

  3. Mission To create social change through the elimination of the individual, institutional, and cultural oppressions that contribute to domestic violence.

  4. NCCADV Public Policy Initiative • Advocates to improve statewide policies and legislation to positively impact the lives of survivors of domestic violence and their children. • Monitors federal legislation and works with NNEDV to support National Lobby Day each year. • Contracts with a lobbyist.
