  1. NOTICE State Snowmobile Law Driving snowmobiles is prohibited on the following State and County aid roads in the City of Proctor. AVENUES: Boundary Ave., 5th Ave., 2nd Ave.(LaVaque Rd.),, STREETS: 2nd St. East., 4th St. West., 5th St. East ALSO: Hwy #2 , St. Louis River Road., Ugstad Road., and South Service Road off Hwy 61. Anyone using these roads is subject to arrest for violating the State Law.

  2. Driving snowmobiles is prohibited on city sidewalks, the Golf Course or the parks. Snowmobiles shall not be operated between 1 am and 6 am Monday through Friday and between 2 am and 6 am Saturday and Sunday. Any resident born after December 31, 1976, who operates a snowmobile in Minnesota, must possess a valid snowmobile safety certificate, a driver’s license that has a valid snowmobile qualification indicator or an identification card that has a valid snowmobile qualification indicator. No one under the age of 14 is allowed to operate a snowmobile within the city limits. The above are city and state law. Its enforcement is mandatory
