  15. Activity 1 Expanding and Formalising the Network • 2009: Explore the possibilities of a Legal Entity (e.g. foundation). European Commission wants to explore the possibilities of collaboration • The objectives of the Legal Entity are: to initiate, promote and encourage the successful development, delivery and operation of large infrastructure projects throughout Europe, aimed at positively influencing the living environment and economy in Europe.
