  3. Born-again Progression Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. When God speaks specially to some one in a meeting • God will speak either in his own language or the language which he can understand • But the speaker on God behalf does not understand that language and doesnot know what is he talking about as he does not know that language or never speak that language before. • “With men of other tongues and other lips willI speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.1Cor 14:21 Born-again Man
