  2. Introducing Locrete Brief Locrete is: An innovative precast prestressed concrete system for the construction of slabs and walls. Patent protected in many countries around the word including the USA, Australia, Europe as a bloc and South Africa. Load bearing and shear tests were performed confirming Locrete compliance with ACI Code 318.

  3. Locrete Solutions Application Locrete offers a standard solution to the construction of walls and structural slabs spanning up to six metres. Ground beams, slab on grade, external insulated walls, lintels, internal partitions, suspended slabs and fences are all built with Locrete • Locrete can also be used for: • Retaining walls • Highway noise barriers • Boundary walls • Planters • Closures for warehouses • Slanting roofs • Excavation shoring panels • Short span tunnel roofs • Pavements

  4. Locrete Production and Construction From the Production Hall to the Building Site Locrete is produced in a precast production facility, then cut to the required lengths. A machine lifts the elements off the casting beds. Once palletized they are ready to deliver to the construction sites. Column shuttering is used for retaining Locrete elements in place. After constructing the walls to the required height, columns are cast on site.
