  2. Identify and articulate business problems • 與其他企業不同的是,Accenture公司在CEO,CFO之外還多了一位CLO(Chief Leadership officer),他們必須在信任的原則之上建立一個培育新一代領導人的嚴密系統,計畫負責人Lajtha該如何才能持續的在Leaders和其Followers之間保有互信呢? • 難處一:如何確保受訓之後的員工不會另謀高就?  難處二:如何判斷員工是否具備領導人特質且能夠勝任未來的職務?

  3. Gather and analyze information applicable • 領導人計劃實行後對於Accenture公司在中國及印度的發展都有強大的助益。 • Accenture公司在亞洲許多國家都與當地居民建立良好的關係,包括免費的就職訓練等機構。 • 計劃參與者都必須了解客戶公司的生存環境與其公司最關鍵的問題,並在公司提供的實務練習中發展現他們的能力,透過此訓練才能在多變的環境中領導Accenture公司。

  4. Identify and apply an appropriate tool for solving problems • 為確保員工不會於結訓後離職,應於計劃之初簽立合約(EX:離職十年內不得於相關產業就業)。 • 對於參與計劃的員工,Accenture公司都會請領導特質專家Drs. Noel Tichy, Warren Bennis, Steve Kerr等人先對參與者進行分析訪談後再展開計畫。
