Broomleigh HA, an LSVT, founded in 1992 William Sutton Trust was founded in 1900 and registered in 1974 Broomleigh HA William Sutton Trust Ridgehill and Tor, both LSVT, joined William Sutton as subsidiaries in January 2004. Aashayana registered in 2003. Downland and Mid Sussex HA (LSVT 1990) merged into New Downland.Affinity Trust was established by Broomleigh in 1998 Downland HG was formed in 1990. Affinity HG was formed in January 2002 William Sutton Trust changed name to William Sutton HA in April 2004. Brighton HT joined the group in September 2006 Southdown HA joined Downland HG in 1999

Affinity Trust transferred its engagements into Broomleigh in late 2004 Southdown HA left the group in March 2005. DownlandAffinity change its name to Affinity Homes Group. New Downland changed its name to Downland.

Affinity Sutton Group was formed in October 2006 from a merger of Affinity Homes Group and the William Sutton Group Tor Homes moved to Devon & Cornwall Group in April 2007. Ridgehill merged with William Sutton HA in February 2007. Brighton HT transferred to Downland HA in April 2007
