3. MAIN SCREEN OF BSEFO • The Main screen of software contains Menu and sub menu like • Daily Menu • Selective Menu • Global Menu • Accounts etc…….

4. DAILY MENU • This Menu needed to be proceed Daily. • It contains options for- 1.Trade Load 2.Prepare Bills 3.Printing 4.Daily Report

5. SELECTIVE MENU • In this menu we can see all the reports for a period like one month or one year report. • We can see reports like daybook, Brokerage statement etc for any selected period range.

6. GLOBAL MENU • This menu provides the facility to prepare bill, print/view bill, and reports for any range of period on one click. • In this menu we can see daybook for any giving period.

7. ACCOUNT MENU • This menu contains all the modules for Accounting from voucher entry to bank reconciliation. • We can see reports like financial year, trial balance etc… from this module.

8. Others Menu • This menu provides us sub menu like 1.Master maintenance 2. Interest chart 3. BackUp etc……..

9. Rewrite Menu • This menu provides the feature of :- 1.Reindexing of files. 2.Voucher Renumbering

10. Setup Menu • This menu has the features like Setup and password. • We can set here our needed setup setting for software. • Password setting for software is also to be done from here.

11. Date Selection • Date selection is our first step to start work on software. • We can select date from this modules in Daily Menu.

12. Trade Add • We can Add/Modify Trades here for selective date. • This options for all parties or selected party and series range.

13. DayBook Menu • We can see daily trades from here in three ways… 1.Partywise 2.Serieswise 3.Groupwise • Report Export facility in txt files is also here.

14. Trade-Slip • This module enables you to view / print Trade Slip plain stationary for All / Selective / Range of Parties.

15. Contract Note • This module enables you to print Contract Note on Pre-printed Stationary for All / Selective / Range of Parties.

16. Brokerage Statement • This module prints / views the daily brokerage charged party wise or series wise both summary and detailed. • This brokerage is charged from parties on their daily transactions.

17. Prepare Bills • This module needs following files: 1.Closing rate file 2.Span File • The program picks automatically data from file and prepare bills.

18. Print/View Bills • This module allows us to print / view bills on plain / pre-printed stationary for All / Selective / or Range of party. • The bill contains all B/f and C/f trades , current days trades , M2M , Span Margin , Exposure Margin and TOT.

19. Rec./Payable • This module prints the summary of current days receivable / payable party wise with columns M2M , Margin and other Charges. • In fact this statement is a summary of today’s trades and the amount are directly related to each party’s ledger account.

20. Closing Position • This module contains print/view the pending trades both party wise or series wise. • It is very important to keep track of pending exposures for each party.

21. Apne Aap • This is the Heart Beat of the software. It needs no explanation. The name itself is self explanatory. • It does all the above work in one go. Just Click and enjoy and the software does everything for you.

22. Financial Vouchers • This module allows us to add/modify vouchers (CASH /JOURNAL/BANK)

23. Bank Master • This is the very important module of software. • Here we can set Bank file structure.

24. Bank Voucher Import • This module has the feature of importing bank file. • We can browse here bank file of any bank.

25. Cash Book • This module allows us to print Cash book for any date to any date.

26. Net Rec/Payable • This module allows us to print and view net receivable/Payable for selected period of each party.

27. Financial Ledger • Inthis module we can print and view Financial ledger for selected or all parties range of any period.

28. Trial balance • This option allows us to print and view trial balance for any period.

29. Balance Sheet • This Module allows us to view and print Balance sheet.

30. Opening Balance • This option allows us to Add / Modify / View or Print opening balance.

31. Bank Reconciliation • We can Reconciles our bank statement with this module.

32. Party Master • In This module We can create /modify/print account of parties with complete bio-data and brokerage slabs. • Here we need to enter each party’s details as per BSEFO requirements , party wise brokerage and other charges if any for individual clients.

33. Schedule Master • In this Module we can add/ modify / Print or View Balance sheet or Profit & loss heads – Schedule heads.

34. Interest Chart • Option to prepare interest report for any period for all/ range of accounts with any interest rate. • Useful for loan entries or delayed receipts / payments.

35. Merge Account • Two different accounts /Series of similar nature can be merged into one without removing or modifying any data or voucher from this module.

36. Setup • This is software’s setup window. • We can set or change our software setup from setup module.

37. Password • This module allows us to create users and authentication for employees. • For Example:- Accountant can only operate Financial accounting module and that balance sheet / P&L locked or trading operator not allowed to visit accounts module.

38. Backup • This is very important module in software. • The software has inbuilt module to take backup automatically. We need to just burn onto CD writer.
