Salary: Not a bar for the right candidate Job Location: Domlur Job Description  Excellent command of professional English and communication skills, both written and verbal.  Source and select applicants for a variety of positions, both internal and external.  Calling , sourcing and screening the right candidate for the right job.  Communicate with candidates, embodying the Deluxe core values in every conversation.  List job ads on job boards, social media, and other possible channels.  Understand Client Requirements and deliver accordingly  Goal oriented and focused  Experience managing the recruitment and headhunting process to include identifying the right talent, scheduling, sending confirmations, and participating in the interview process.  Excellent time management and organizational skills.  Very good research skill and vast general knowledge.  Extremely resourceful with a good ability to work independently.
