  8. Things to Remember • Before you start your application, check again whether the title on the top left of the application page corresponds to the grant you are applying for; if not please go back to the RFP and click on the correct link. • Please be sure to enter the accurate and up to date contact information for your organization. Be cautious when typing in this information as it will affect NCA’s future correspondence with you. • Please don’t WAIT until the last day to submit your application. While technical support is available for the system, it has limited staffing. It is the applicant's responsibility to begin early enough to complete the process. • While filling out the online application, do not leave it open for long periods of time. This will increase the likelihood of loosing your information and overloading the server. We ask that you complete the documents you plan to submit in advance. Also, you may click “Save and Finish Later.” You can login again to continue your work at any time before the submission date. • Please DO NOT submit duplicate applications. Although as an organization, you may be eligible to apply to multiple grant categories, please do not submit duplicate applications in a singe grant category. Unfortunately, this will effect the success of uploading your application. • NCA cannot view your application until you click the final “submit” button. NCA cannot accept any other method of submission (such as fax, mail, e-mail) besides this online application system. • All submissions are final and after you click the “submit” button, NCA can not change anything in your application. Please check your work carefully prior to submitting. • If you do not receive a confirmation email after clicking on the “submit” button, please contact NCA IMMEDIATELY. This email is the only way to confirm that your application was submitted successfully and is the only document NCA will consider as proof of your timely submission.
