  6. BASIC FEATURES • Native iOS App • Very simple to use • Server generated nametags & printing • Zero setup • Fast visitor check-in • App can run anywhere 6

  7. HOW IT WORKS • Two main components IIS Web Services iPad Client 7

  8. HOW IT WORKS • The Settings Screen • Run only once for configured Ministry (Program) • Settings are saved permanently • iPad will automatically poll server for most current event 8

  9. HOW IT WORKS • Check-In is Simple • Nametags are printed directly to the room • Parents don’t have to handle nametags • Volunteers manage nametags and anticipate the arrival of each child • The server handles all the nametag printing and back-end processing. 9

  10. VISITORS • Simple Web Page (any browser) • Only first name, last name, and group is required. • Nametags look the same and print to the appropriate room. 10

  11. SO FAR, SO GOOD… • Using iPad Check-In since day 1. • Over 18K participants checked in. • Now checking in Kids, Students, and Beth Moore Women’s ministry participants. 11

  12. FUTURE PLANS • Web Client (not just for iPads anymore) • Remote Check-In (from a moving vehicle) • Share with others 12
