  3. SFTS - Update Mandatory Training Program Development • Completion lesson plan - powerpoints - student manual / January 15, 2006 • 3 field tests • January 5, 2006 Group of Instructors come to Indianapolis to edit final product / all day meeting • Publish 2nd Quarter 2006

  4. Web – Based Training Jones and Bartlett • Web based training program evaluation • Complete 1/15/06 Action Training Systems • Meeting needs to be scheduled in January 2006 • System is based upon CD’s not web

Strategy & Tactics Certification Course • Update • CRITICAL • Test is wide open! • This is a specific Indiana certification course. • Final practical exam has no measurable criteria. • Most people don't know this exists. This class is a prerequisite to Fire Officer I certification. This certification creates a challenge to administer.
