  5. Schools • 14 Elementary school and a new elementary school will be built in 2013 • 4 Middle Schools • 2 High Schools • 1 Charter School • 3 Near by Colleges • Northwest Arkansas Community College • University of Arkansas • John Brown University www.rogersschools.net

  6. Two Libraries Rogers Public Library • Freely serves those residents who live in the Rogers city limits. ESOL • Rogers has a high ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) Population • The ESOL Department works hard in helping teachers translate handouts, notes, and newsletters so parents who do not speak or read English will still be able to know what is going on in their child’s education. • In most school there is an AmeriCorps Volunteer who is able to help translate for parents and teachers.
