Security Screening ○ Responsibilities - Performed by the outsourced company under the responsibility of airline - Screening of cargo : Under responsibility of airlines - Screening of PAX, carry-on and consigned baggage : Under responsibility of IIAC - Police: Security Supervision ○ Screening policy -100% security screening (PAX., baggage, people accessing airside) 2

  10. Baggage Reconciliation ○ Baggage reconciliation  Responsibility : Under airlines  Policy : Those baggage whose owner did not board on the aircraft shall be unloaded and kept in a separate place How : 100% automatic or semi-automatic by each airlines 9

Security Screening of Cargo ○ Responsibility - Performed by the outsourced company under responsibility of airlines - Screening of cargo : Under responsibility of airlines - IIAC : Supervision * Police : Support supervision of security screening ○ Screening Policy -Cargo : 100%security screening - Large-sized cargo : Kept outside for 24 hours 10

  12. ○ Training Program ■Security Screening Course (40 hours : 5 days) • For : Departure security screening staffs • Theory: 25 hours, Practice: 15 hours (Including evaluation on theory and practice) ■Refresher Training(8 hours : 1 day) • For : Security Screening Staffs (Once a year or if necessary) • Theory: 4 hours, Practice: 4 (Including evaluation) Training for Screener 11

  13. ■On-the-Job-Training (80 hours ) • For : Security screening staffs • OJT and practice : 80 hours ■Security Screening CTX Course(40 hours : 5 days) • For : Security screening staffs (CTX operator) • Theory: 16 hours, Practice: 24 hours (Including evaluation) ■Security Screening Basic Course(20 hours : 3 days) • For : Security guards and cargo terminal screening staff • Theory: 6 hours, Practice: 15 hours (Including theory and practice) 12
