  1. Clue #1 • Our animal has hair that is very similar to our hair • It is slightly more coarse then the hair on our head This example shows a picture of my animal, and zooms on the clue I am describing.

  2. Clue #2 • Our animal does not have fingers and toes. • Instead it has these on its feet, called ??? Again, this slide shows a zoomed in picture of my animal.

  3. Clue #3 • A common way to measure how tall our animal is uses a term called hands Another way to give a picture of a clue is to show a picture of something other than the animal you are describing. For example, hands.

  4. Clue #4 • This is a picture of where my animal lives For some clues, you may not even need to say much. When describing where your animal lives, if it is obvious what the picture is, you can just say that the picture is your animal’s home.
