  4. Your Inner Circle • Your salary should be the average of your five closest friends • Establish your personal Board of Directors

  5. Dream • Don't sell products • Sell hopes and dreams

  6. Kindness Love and Care for your Employees

  7. Build Your Team • Hire likable people • Likeable people attracts other people • Likeable people gets mercy from others

  8. You Cannot Please Everyone • If you don't have haters, your vision is too small • There will always be people who don't like you or the direction you're going

  9. Mentorship • Mentor others • Reach back and help someone else

  10. Connect • Don't preach to your audience (clients, customers, citizens, etc.) • Connect with them

  11. Perception • Always look like success • Dress for success • Pass the “eyeball test”

  12. Competence • Do your research • Know your product • Know your audience

  13. Passion Find your niche and own it

  14. Character • Conduct yourself at the highest level at all times. • You never know who's watching • God is always watching 

  15. Faith • Trust that good will prevail • Truly believe that good things will come to you

  16. As a Man Thinketh… • Thoughts become words • Words become reality • "I Speak Life"
