STATEWIDE STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES • Reduce Washington’s Vulnerability to terrorism. • Defend against, deter, dissuade and prevent terrorist attacks from • occurring within Washington State. • Prepare citizens, government, tribal nations and businesses at all levels • to effectively respond in the event of a terrorist attack. • Minimize the damage and effectively respond to and recover from • attacks that do occur.
