  5. 5. OSNOVNE KARAKTERISTIKE Osposobljen za kvantitativnu detekciju svetlosno emitujuće i svetlosno absorbujuće markere. Luminometrija, fluorometrija, "flash" absorbanca, fotometrija. Ugrađen šejker, kontrola temperature (do 45°C). Uzorci se stavljaju na ELISA ploče sa bunarčićima, petri šolje.

  6. 6. RADNO (UPOTREBNO STANJE) Stalno spreman za upotrebu. Nije potrebna posebna pripremanakon uključivanja u struju.

  8. 9. ISKORIŠĆENOST Od dana puštanja u rad i nakon obuke od strane servisera LKB, u stalnoj dnevnoj upotrebi. Vodi se knjiga upotrebe koja je dostupna na uvid. Pomoću instrumenta su u pripremi 6 doktorata i 1 magistratura. Za sada se vrše sledeće analize: Test proliferacija ćelija (Brdu-brom deoksid uridin). Test vijabilnosti ćelija (MTT-tetrazidin so). Test vijabilnosti i citotoksičnost ćelija (Sr-b, sulforodamin b). Hormoni u cirkulaciji.

  9. 10. KORISNICI Laboratorija za molekularnu biologiju i endokrinologiju "Vinča" Laboratorija za radioizotope "Vinča" IHTM-centar za hemiju, prethodni biotehnološki projekat 544. Instrument se koristi za realizaciju međunarodne saradnje sa Istituto Nazionale di Fisica, LNS, Catanija, Italija.
