Vision An intellectually robust Community of Practice (CoP) that includes the Combined Arms Center and other learning organizations that explores and develops ways for the U.S. Army to optimize Cyberspace, and the broader electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) so that soldiers and leaders can better understand both the operational and technical dimensions of this segment of the operational environment in a broad range of joint, interagency, inter governmental, and multi national activities during Full Spectrum Operations while concurrently reducing risk to the force.
