Upon our review of your application, it will be forwarded to the Board of Directors to ensure membership qualifications and for final approval. ▪ Keep in mind that any financial figures will remain completely confidential and are for staff use only. ▪ The annual dues schedule is as follows for Distributors and Manufacturers: 1 – Sales of $1,000,000 to $1,999,999..……………………………………..$2,045 2 – Sales of $2,000,000 to $9,999,999..………………………………..…..$2,375 3 – Sales of $10,000,000 to $19,999,999…………………………….…....$2,580 4 – Sales of $20,000,000 to $29,999,999 ……………………………......$2,885 5 – Sales of $30,000,000 and Over …………………………………….......$3,135 Associate Dues are a flat $1,500
