Student Expectations Behavior -Respect yourself, your school, and your peers -Arrive to class on time and with required materials -Follow teacher request the first time given -Use appropriate language, volume, and tone at all times Morning Gym -Please come in and sit in your assigned area -You must have tied tennis shoes to play on the gym floor -Use good sportsmanship at all times;all games are friendly competition only -You may leave the gym at 7:25 at the breakfast whistle if you get permission from an adult -Keep restrooms clean -No food, drink, or gum allowed in the gym Cafeteria -Choose a table; stay at that table until you are called on to get in line for your lunch -Have your lunch card out and ready as you enter the line -Enjoy lunch with your friends. Be respectful to those at your table and others in the cafeteria -Keep your area clean, return trays to window when you are finished or asked to do so by an adult Hallway -Behave responsibly -Be orderly -Behave respectfully -Be on time to class -Move directly to class without congregating with others

  3. Dress Code • Shoes must be secured to the feet. No toes showing, sandals, flip flops, high heels or slides. • Pants cannot have any holes, rips, or tears. • Knee-length shorts, skirts, and dresses may be worn slightly above the knee. • No tank tops • No exposure of the stomach, midriff, buttocks, undergarments, or cleavage. • No sheer/see through fabrics, spandex or tight fitting clothes.

  5. Organization/Study Habits • 3-ring binder with a folder for each class • Encourage students to write assignments in agenda daily and check it at night • Set aside a quiet place to do homework • Monitor homework time, check to make sure work is completed
