Conclusion • The EBS MBA programme has generated a lot of interest across the nation. • Most institutions have now set the MBA qualification as standard requirement to be engaged in senior management positions. • Therefore at middle management, most men and women have become motivated in attaining the MBA qualification. • We expect many more to come through and enroll for the programme.
