  3. Good • Humans help others when they are not required to • Examples are people who have led a life of service, babies are born innocent, only society corrupts people

  4. Evil • People only treat others well because there are laws in place, the strong always prey on the weak, irrational murders/violence without cause

  5. For each painting, write down what story they think the painting tell about the biblical perspective of human nature

  6. Human Nature at Creation Genesis 1:26-27 • “Let us make mankind in out image, according to our likeness… in the image of God he created them, male and female he created the.” • According to this, humans are a mixture of a body and soul, a mixture of “earth” and “divine breath”

  10. Re-Creation – Human Nature as a result of Redemption • God so loved the world that he sent his only Son to die for our sins. Jesus’ life, death and resurrection teach the path to salvation. Through Jesus’ death on the cross, we receive eternal life once again.
