Address of the client not updated at OASIS (witness and office assessments) . CB does not follow its procedure for pre-audits (witness assessment) . Incorrect calculation of the scoring (witness assessment) . Certificates issued not in compliance with AS 9104 and 17021(witness and office assessments) 6

Cgcre/Inmetro´s office was audited on 24-28 March 2008 for maintenance as QMS / EMS / laboratories accreditation • Conducted by A2LA (USA AB), EMA (Mexico AB), OAA (Argentine AB), ECA (Costa Rica AB) and IPAC (Portugal AB) 9
