Keys to Raising Awareness of RPCs • Identifying & Cultivating Prospects • Develop a PLAN + District Infrastructure • Encourage DGEs & DRFCs to appoint a RPC Team • Seek District Rotary Fdn Chair buy-in • Urge appointment of District RPC Chair • DRFC – Permanent Fund + Major Gifts Chair • RPC Speakers – RPC Fellows, Alumni, RPC Donors, Trustees-RIDs, RPC MGI Cmte, others

Tips for Success • Learn the Basics about the RPC Program • Leadby example – it WILL create a ripple effect • Involve the prospect’s spouse, when appropriate • Remember: the identification, cultivation and solicitation processes for RPC MGI are basically the same as for otherMajor Donors, Bequest Society (Permanent Fund) & Arch Klumph Society prospects
