High Risk Behavior in Prison • Vulnerability, stigma and discrimination • Sexual violence and high-risk sexual behavior • Drug usage and injection • Tattooing • Limited health and nutrition • Low women reproduction healthcare, limitedinformation and treatment of HIV and drug addiction • Separation of drugs users and dealersin prison

Recommendation • Optimization of prison roles and functionsas correctional institutions • Improvement of information service system for prisoners to prevent disease prevalence • Improvement of healthcare quality in prisons • Provision of skills and jobs for post-release prisoners • Cooperation between prisons and health professionals to improve the quality of healthcare services
