IT Project Management Training • IT Project Management Classes • Funded by ITWG; therefore Centrally Funded Enterprise Systems Project Managers have priority • For Employees only • Scheduling and Cost Control: October 4 – 7 (4-day class) • IT Risk Management: October 19 – 21 (3-day class); November 2 – 4 (3-day class) • Project Leadership, Management, and Communications: December 7 – 9 (3-day class) • New courses: to be announced on CIT website • Additional NIH Classes • Operational Analysis: September 9 • EPLC: to be offered in mid-late Fall • Register via CIT training website under category “Project Management” • http://training.cit.nih.gov/courselisting.aspx?Sort=Category
