    • Strong social program a big factor in overall success of ICOPS

    • WIE enhances IEEE image and message; spent far more that $2500 NPSS allocation

    • Increase student best paper awards to $2000

Mcm psac master service agreement

MCM- PSAC Master Service Agreement

  • Outgrowth of “free sample” provided by NPSS

  • Results encouraging from year-to-year MCM support for ICOPS 2009 – 2011

  • One-year agreements also in place for 2013, 2014

  • Negotiations underway for over a year, fully vetted by PSAC ExCom

  • Designates MCM as Preferred Event Manager for PSAC

    • Provides various sets of services at prenegotiated rates

    • Preserves ICOPS Chair’s right to opt out (not to be done lightly)

    • Effective now through end of 2016 (ICOPS 2012 excluded)
