  1. Top Institute For PTE in Jalandhar PTE ( Pearson Test Of English) is one of the world's leading computer based test. It is designed to measure the academic abilities of candidates who wish to demonstrate their level of achievement to professional and government organizations and educational institutions. The communicative skills consist of speaking, writing, reading and listening skills. PTE Academic scores are valid for up to two years from the date of the exam. PTE (Academic) results are declared within five business days. There is no fixed minimum PTE score for admission to institutions as they follow individual selection procedures.  As for PTE General Certificate, they don’t have expires dates. The score range for each skill is 0-90 points. This test is divided into three main parts and for approximately three hours.

PART1- SPEAKING AND WRITTING (77-93 minutes) has six sections. • Section1 - About personal information • Section2- Read aloud, Repeat Sentence, Describe Image, Re-tell lectures and short answer questions • Section3 &4-summarize written text • Section5-summarize written text or write essay • Section6-essay

  3. PART2-READING (32-41MINUTES) it consists • Multiple-choice, choose single answer • -Multiple-choice, choose multiple answers • -Re-order paragraphs • -Reading fills in the blanks • -Reading & writing-fill in the blanks

  4. PART 3- LISTENING (45-57 minutes) • Section 1-summarize spoken text • Section 2-multiple choice, choose multiple answers, fill in the blanks, highlight correct summary, multiple-choice, choose single answers, select missing words and last but not least write from dictation.

  5. All four sections are very important cannot ignore any. In Speaking area what is tested, is the enabling skills that consist of grammar, oral fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, spellings and written text in speaking and writing. Basically in speaking test there are 6 sections, in each section 3 things matter a lot, mainly- fluency, pronunciation and content. Aspirant will get 5 marks if their fluency and pronunciation is good or they speak native- like. Some tips for this section- • -To improve the pronunciation, give stress on important words. • -Record your voice and listen to it. • -Try to speak native- like, which means speech should be smooth rhythm and phrasing. • -Read everything aloud • -Talk to yourself • -Don’t talk too fast or slow • -No repetition • -Hesitations • -Don’t worry about the content too much
