Tips for good Internet Marketing • Website Home Page • Communicate your specialty, primary value prop & offering • Appeal to your target clients with clear, “wiify” messages • Create a nice graphic for your logo and name for brand equity • Content for Increased Visibility (SEOs) • Use popular search words as content at your site • Keep your site fresh every week with new content (newsletter, blog, etc) • Include full contact info in text in the footer, site wide • Be referenced by many different sources (online articles, social media, online bookmarks, content syndications, blogs and comments at blog sites, directory and partner listings, etc) • Create and use indexes, social bookmarks, metadata, and tags • Replace “_” underscores with “-” hyphens • Re-direct “non-www” URL to your “www.” site
