About PLCF • Registered in the state of Michigan by Chinese students and scholars , Pass Love Charity Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational charity organization. • PLCF dedicates itself in helping Chinese children in poverty get quality education and acquire necessary skills for future employment. PLCF also helps children in time of natural disasters. PLCF projects are carried out by its members on a volunteerism basis. Recent activities of PLCF include its China Snowstorm Relief efforts in January/February 2008 and helping a private Hong Kong charity foundation build school libraries in remote areas in China. • PLCF guarantees every donation will be recorded and made public (unless you prefer anonymous) for 100% transparency, and 100% of every donation will be used to help children.
