Fee to Trust

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) aims to help Tribes and Tribal Members with placing 500K acres into trust status. BIA is continuously improving communications, fostering intra-agency cooperation, and enhancing fee to trust resources to achieve this goal. This includes the Fee to Trust Quick Reference Guide, various brochures, a handbook, and upcoming public website. BIA will also conduct Fee to Trust Roadshows in different regions throughout the year.
