  2. 網球肘在很多人的觀念中是因為打網球而來的,但事實上並不是如此。

  3. 網球肘本身屬於肘關節疼痛的疾病,由於網球運動員在進行訓練或比賽時會不斷的擊球,使得手腕及肘關節承受很大的運動量,網球肘本身屬於肘關節疼痛的疾病,由於網球運動員在進行訓練或比賽時會不斷的擊球,使得手腕及肘關節承受很大的運動量,

  4. 時間久了肘關節就會有損傷及疼痛的情況出現,讓人非常難受,所以才被稱為網球肘;

  5. 換言之如果肘關節過度使用而引致損傷及疼痛,就表示很有可能得到了網球肘。

  6. 網球肘症狀主要是手肘外側會感到疼痛,如果從痛點處稍為用力向下按,疼痛的感覺會增加許多,而手腕部位如果往上翹也會感到痠痛無力,非常的不舒服。

  7. 要避免得到網球肘,在平日應注意手腕的活動次數和負重,減輕負重會讓肌肉的壓力減輕;

  8. 但如果已經得到了網球肘,應馬上減少手腕的活動量,讓前臂肌肉群承受的拉扯力量減低,之後再到專業醫療院所治療。

  9. 網球肘治療方式視患者的情況可透過藥物治療、物理治療及復健來處理。
