  6. No. 9: Poor Self Image. Self-image determines what action you take and how you’ll feel each and every day. Those daily actions over time determine your results in life. If after countless failures, you persist in trying once again for a goal, it is because deep down, your self image tells you that you are capable of making that goal a reality. In the long run, you will usually get what you believe you deserve. Not what you wish for, not even what you desire, but what you expect deep down. And your level of expectation determined largely by your self image.

  7. Boost your self image. Think about your ideal self-image everyday – e.g. Just before meals, while running/ gym routine. Act as if you are already the self-image you wish you are. Create the ideal you, see it vividly, and then behave as if you are that person. Hang around the people who treat you like your ideal self image, or at least believe in you and support you in becoming that person.

  9. APPEARANCE AFFECT FEELINGS – DRESS WELL!!! IN OFFICE , DRESS LIKE THE SENIOR PEOPLE DO. LIFE IS A MIND GAME – GET YOUR MENTALITY IN TIPTOP SHAPE AND SUPERLATIVE RESULTS WILL BE INEVITABLE. IT’S ABOUT BEING CONFIDENT. INSPIRED. EMPOWERED. READY TO DEAL WITH ANYTHING LIFE THROWS AT YOU, KNOWING YOU WILL NOT ONLY SURVIVE, BUT THRIVE.
