Class Schedule Preparation Information • All 1st proofs are due to the Scheduling Office no later than 5 pm on Thursday, February 6, 2014 • Email attached spreadsheet to fysched@uaf.edu • Proof must be delivered through the Deans office to ensure all course approvals • List department and term on the subject line of the email • Example: NRM/GEOG 201403 • Handwritten changes will not be accepted • Do not remove/delete any courses from the proof • 1st proof will be returned to the department if submitted with inaccurate format
